Working Up Some Yummm

I’m through my first week of Phase 1 on HCG again. Down 13 lbs.  I’m doing it much differently this time.  I’m planning meals ahead and I’m using all of my culinary creativity to move beyond the drudge of the diet and enjoy some things deliciously!  I’ve decided to start sharing some of the recipes here so that I don’t lose them.    Also, I know that it will keep me motivated and hopefully give some other HCGers some ideas to switch things up.
