Day 6- Rolling With It

So, I got home late again last night.  Needed some uhhh, quality marital time more than I needed to blog. Ahem..I’m blogging about yesterday here so it’ll be short.  Gotta bet out the door and the 19 month old hanging on me is in need or attention.

Eating was good. Energy was great!  I’m really already to the point that I’m not hungry between meals. What we’re eating is super-yumm and I’m enjoying this.   I feel great!!  Today really felt like it flowed. Like we’re over the hump of this being difficult at all, and I think Travis is feeling that way, too.  It feels like it’s setting in to a smooth routine. Rolling with it…

I got on the treadmill and did a Jillian Michaels programed workout.  Holy Hell!  That woman can kick your butt around the corner and back again in 30 minutes like no one else!  I like that I hear her voice but don’t see her face (like I would if I did The Shred).  Her mouth drives me nuts. I mean NUTS!! Between her and Beth Moore making my skin crawl, I’ll never be in the ‘poplar’ groups of bible studies and workout groups.   I know they’re both fantastic women, but… anyway.  I can handle her voice and I can submit to a little more pressure on the TM. So, there I go.

Weigh in was good. I’m down 11 and Travis is down 12.   Crazy!

My mom is starting her HCG Diet tomorrow. I’m looking forward to having someone else to talk to about it.  I thrive off of the community aspect and being able to share the experience.

WHAT I ATE:

B: Dry Toast, egg whites,  WL Tea
S:Peach
L Garlic Herb Shrimp over a spinach salad with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes
S: Peach (I’ve got to eat these all before they go bad!)
D: Laura’s Lean Hamburger wrapped in lettuce with tomato, onion, ketchup and wasabi mustard.  Amazing!

L: Grilled Chicken Salad w/ Texas Pete ‘dressing’
S: Orange
D: Laura’s Lean Hamburger wrapped in lettuce with diced jalapenos, onion, ketchup and wasabi mustard.
